Solving for Brand and Execution in an AI-Driven Landscape
In Brief
A Dual Focus for 2026
We are concentrating our research and technical development on two massive "billion-dollar problems" facing revenue functions: the shift of search to AI prompts and the internal operational challenges of rapid AI creation.
Brand Awareness in the Age of Prompts
As traditional search declines and email delivery filters tighten, brand awareness remains the critical driver of performance. Our Q1 and Q2 roadmap focuses on the strategies and configurations necessary to win when "prompts are the new search".
Operationalizing Rapid Creation
While AI allows for rapid generation of campaigns and products, it often leads to internal noise rather than momentum. Our H2 roadmap addresses how to restructure teams and habits to effectively leverage this speed.
Technical Implementation Meets Strategic Insight
Consistent with our philosophy—"Hire for the technical, stay for the insight"—we will release both proprietary research and specific Bosch Studio Configurations to help clients ranging from startups to tech giants implement these solutions.
At Bosch Studio, we work with companies ranging from $5 million startups to $50 billion tech giants, helping them solve complex Revenue Operations challenges. Whether we are engaged in dashboard builds, Salesforce customization, or full revenue systems advisement, our core value proposition remains consistent: clients hire us for the technical execution, but they stay for the insight.
We believe the majority of growth in the coming year will come from helping clients navigate the rapidly changing, AI-driven landscape. Consequently, our 2026 Roadmap is dedicated to solving two massive market problems that will define the next era of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
Problem 1: Brand Awareness When Prompts Are the New Search

The traditional pillars of GTM strategy are shifting. We are observing a decline in on-site content consumption and search traffic, while Google and Outlook continue to raise the bar on email delivery standards. The fundamental shift for 2026 is that prompts—whether via ChatGPT or Google Gemini—have become the new search.
Despite these channel disruptions, core principles remain unchanged: Brand is still king. Data shows that higher brand awareness correlates directly with superior marketing and sales metrics across the funnel. The challenge facing organizations today is how to move from being "not considered" to "first choice" without the reliance on legacy SEO or high-volume email strategies.
Our Roadmap:
Q1 (Foresight & Strategy): We will release research on generating brand awareness in a prompt-based ecosystem, answering the critical question: "What strategies should we be using?".
Q2 (Configuration Release): We will launch a Bosch Studio Configuration for Brand Awareness. This will provide the technical blueprint—tools, processes, and metrics—required to implement these strategies effectively.
Problem 2: The Paradox of Rapid AI Creation

The second major challenge is internal. AI has granted organizations the ability to rapidly create new products, policies, campaigns, and tools. However, this speed often results in organizational noise rather than clarity. While production has increased, engagement is at a 10-year low, and clarity regarding expectations has dropped significantly.
Current structures—our reliance on Slack, Teams, and traditional meeting cadences—are failing to support this new velocity of creation. Organizations are missing their "Rocky montage" moment; instead of rapid improvement, they are experiencing friction and a disconnect between leadership directives and team execution.
Our Roadmap:
H1 (Foresight & Strategy): We are conducting deep research into the habits and cultures required to digest and leverage rapid AI creation. The goal is to determine how groups of people can utilize these new capabilities in a high-quality way, quickly.
H2 (Configuration Release): Following our research, we will release a Bosch Studio Configuration for Rapid AI Creation. This will cover the tooling, sequencing, and process mapping necessary to turn rapid creation into executed reality.
Looking Ahead
Both of these areas represent "billion-dollar problems" that are not specific to startups or B2B giants—they are universal hurdles for the modern revenue function.
Throughout 2026, we will publish our findings and light-touch versions of these configurations. To watch the full roadmap video, find it here on LinkedIn.
